About The Author

Hi!  I'm Michael Napolitano, an American artist living near Kobe Japan.  I moved here back in 2006 from my hometown of Jersey City, New Jersey.

I studied with Dr. Joseph Amorino for three of my years at Hudson Catholic High School , then went on to study for four years at Montserrat College of Art  in Beverly, Ma.  There, I earned my BFA in painting, but never limited myself to it.  I tried my hand at many things, including illustration and sculpture - somethings being more successful than others.  I also took a strong liking to fashion as well.  The design of clothes really inspired me, and continues to this very day.

Aside from art, I spend my days writing down ideas in my various notepads, spending time with my wife and son, playing video games and teaching English to Japanese people.  A man's got to earn a living somehow.
